DEXTER CATTLE NATURALLY SMALL LIFESTYLE CATTLE TO SUIT THE SMALL LANDHOLDER

Dexter cattle originated in Ireland and were on the rare and endangered animal list for a number of years.  During the 1980’s in Australia Dexter cattle enjoyed a resurgence thanks to a number of enthusiastic breeders.  Dexter Cattle numbers have swelled recently as more and more small landholders discover the benefits of breeding these delightful small cattle.

This website is aimed at providing contacts for those in Western Australia who would like to find out how they can get an introduction to Dexter cattle.  You will find a few pointers on how to go about getting your own Dexters along with a calendar of upcoming events you may like to attend.  On the site you will also find animals for sale.
